If you have an Individual Product plan, you can pay your premiums on the member app.

If your beneficiaries have changed, it’s important to update that information as soon as you can. You can do it through the member app in seconds.
Check your detailed claims history
Check your claims history. You can view the current year, as well as the two previous years.
Look up special authorizations
Special authorizations are completed by your health provider when requesting a drug specific to you that is outside existing plan coverage. Review your special authorizations on the member app.
View your predeterminations
Predeterminations are completed by your health-care provider before you receive a treatment or procedure to see how much you’ll be covered for. Review your predeterminations on the member app.
