Alberta Blue Cross® is committed to providing accessibility for all our valued plan members, including our customers with hearing or speech challenges. Through our TELUS Relay Service (TRS), we welcome the opportunity to connect with our customers who are deaf, hard of hearing or experience difficulty with speech and who use a teletypewriter (TTY) to communicate. This service is available concurrent with our Contact Centre hours of service.
Calls placed through the TRS are entirely confidential. No record of conversation content is retained. There is no additional charge for using the TRS to place local calls.
