Since the issues relating to adjudication are complex, we issue a detailed statement for each completed claim. These are often accompanied by a cheque, and are intended to help you understand the decisions made about the claim you submitted.

The Blue Advantage® program

The Blue Advantage® program allows Alberta Blue Cross® plan members to save on medical, vision care and many other products and services offered by participating providers.
