Code of conduct

All providers involved in the delivery of products and services to members and their dependents with coverage under benefit plans administered by Alberta Blue Cross® are required to adhere to the code of conduct relevant to their profession. In addition, the provider is expected to comply with the Alberta Blue Cross® Provider Code of Conduct.
