Attention: Phishing Phone Scam

It has come to our attention that Alberta Blue Cross® is being used in a telephone phishing scam asking for financial information. Individuals have received an automated phone message claiming, “This is Alberta Blue Cross®, you have premiums owing, please dial one to speak to an agent.”

Alberta Blue Cross® does NOT use any automated phone messages asking for financial information. If you receive this type of automated phone message claiming to be from Alberta Blue Cross®, do not respond and hang up immediately.
