Our social media pages are meant to provide information and updates to customers and stakeholders, as well as to connect with our followers. All comments will be moderated by Alberta Blue Cross staff. Please note that Alberta Blue Cross will not tolerate comments that are offensive to an individual or organization, rude in tone, or abusive. We reserve the right to moderate comments including but not limited to those that are:

  • Abusive, defamatory, hateful, threatening, malicious, obscene, harassing, sexual or offensive;
  • Fraudulent or misleading;
  • Repetitive posts by the same poster on the same topic in multiple threads;
  • A violation of copyright or intellectual property;
  • A violation of municipal, provincial, federal or international law;
  • Containing malicious link or spam;
  • Off-topic; or
  • Soliciting products or services.

Users who continually ignore or violate the spirit of this comment policy will be warned and may be removed from our social media channels.
