If the termination date of your plan is between the first and 14th day of the month, the start date of your Retiree plan will be backdated to the first of that same month. If the termination date of your plan falls between the 15th and the last day of the month, the member will have the option of an effective date of first of the same month or the first of the following month.

Yes; you can increase coverage levels within a benefit module at any time. Coverage levels can be decreased if the existing coverage has been maintained for a minimum of two consecutive years or if there is a life-changing event.

The plan does not have a termination age.
