Balance includes a health risk assessment that provides you with a snapshot of your current health and provides the basis for everything you do in Balance.

When it comes to your health, knowledge is power. Balance is loaded with resources compiled from a range of Canadian health and chronic disease associations to make sure that you receive accurate and up-to-date information on a variety of health issues.
Be rewarded for eating your vegetables.
Set up daily reminders to track your daily fruit and vegetable intake. Then, whenever fruits and vegetables become a part of your meal, sign into Balance, fill out your tracker and earn points!

Balance will help remind you to take your medication and will even reward you for doing so.
