If your employer has arranged for its members to have access to this service, and you are an active primary plan member of your group, you will be able to register and sign in today for online access to your claims and benefits information. Dependents whose plans include this benefit will have access to Balance®, our online wellness resource.


If you have never used the secure web site for plan members, register to access secure services. You will be asked to verify your identity by entering your last name, group and ID number and your date of birth. You will then set up a username, password and your security questions and agree to the site’s terms of use. After this short registration procedure, you will have immediate access to your claims and benefits information.

If you have previously entered the secure plan member site, use the "Sign in" button at the top of this page. After successfully entering your username and password you will have online access to your claims and benefit information.
