Recover username

Forgot your username? No worries. Here’s how you can recover it.

Did you know?

Claims processed before 5 p.m. MT, will send payments to your bank account the next business day, provided there are no delays by your bank.

It’s as easy as following a few simple steps.

Select forgot username

Visit members.ab.bluecross.ca and select Forgot your username? to get started.

Enter your information

Next, enter your last name, group or policy number, ID number and birthdate.

Step two. Form to recover your username with the following fields: Last name, Group or policy number, ID number, and birthdate.

Confirm identity

To confirm who you are, you can choose to receive a verification code or answer your security questions.

Verification code

We will send you a verification code to the email address linked to your account. Once you receive it, enter the code.

Step three part one. Choose if you would like to send a security code to your email address or answer the security questions on your account. Step three part two. If you chose to send a verifcication code, enter the verification code you received in the email address you provided.

Security questions

You will be prompted to answer your security question. If you answer it incorrectly, we will show another question.

If you answer all your security questions incorrectly, we will send you a verification code to the email address linked to your member account.

Once you enter the information successfully, we will reveal your username.

You’re all set! Sign in to member site at members.ab.bluecross.ca.
