Update your personal information

You can manage most of your personal information through your account. This includes your contact information, communication preferences, password and username details, security questions and more.

If you belong to an employer-sponsored group plan, you may not be able to update some information. If that happens, contact your plan administrator for help.

  1. Sign in to your member account.

    If you do not have one, you need to register for a member account.

  2. Go to Account.
  3. Select an option from the menu.
  4. Depending on what you're updating, you may see fields where you can enter new information or a link to Edit.
  5. When you're done, review and save your changes.

We use your email and phone number to contact you. Make sure they’re accurate so you never miss an important update.
